The “Youths Enterprise Development and Innovation Society (YEDIS)” is a Non-Governmental Organisation officially registered in Nigeria on February 11, 2020. YEDIS introduces the youth to enterprises, encourages innovation, and inspires underserved young people to pursue their entrepreneurial ambitions and develop the critical business skills that employers desire. YEDIS promotes local business initiatives through empowerment, entrepreneurship education, mentoring, capacity-building, and skills acquisition training for economic and sustainable development. YEDIS encourages decent work, provides a range of services and events designed to help marginalized youth develop new ideas, find support to make them realistic, set up their enterprises, have exposure to various sources of finances, and provide them with insights into the world of work.
